BIOGRAPHY

Bridging the gap between pop culture and academia, bringing the mainstream to the ivory tower, Antonio Lenyear is a prolific multimedia content figure, producer, writer, director, speaker, and critic of text, audio, and image. Born and bred in the Washington D.C. metro area, Lenyear manages the blog “Android In America” while performing, screenwriting, and producing for independent web series and short films (e.g. “Boys in Orange”, “Another Mild Case of Insanity” etc). An ambivert enthusiast of art in all its avenues: cuisine, fashion, architecture, photography, cinema, literature, music, etc. A lover of conversation, adventure, graffiti, timepieces, animals, videogames, technology and travel both foreign and domestic. The Christopher Newport University (CNU) graduate earned a bachelor’s degree in English (Writing) and Communication (Media & Rhetoric) before entering business, news, and entertainment endeavors.

PERSONAL STATEMENT

Everyday is an opportunity and every moment is a treasure. In the end, I will be able to say I lived with purpose, strived for greatness and embraced my fellow man. Everything else will be 'icing on the cake.' My being a summation of lives long passed. My essence is a synthesis of experiences and stories transcendent of time and space. My body is a sacred site where academics, excellence, artistry, and altruism converge. An eternal catalyst of leadership, change and boundless innovation. Worthy of both praise and blame, and a vessel of vice and virtue, I REMEMBER my past, RECOGNIZE my present and REVEL in my future.  I am not Superman and I cannot save the world, but I will die trying.   Join me in the embracement of this place: our global community.  ONE LOVE.
